Paraiso del Mar Golf Course

Dotted with over 70 “pit” bunkers, this “links-style” golf course is a centerpiece of Paraiso del Mar. Even though it was conceived in a desert landscape of a sandy peninsula, it will remind players of the golf courses in the British Isles where golf began hundreds of years ago.

From much of the higher ground, the golfers enjoy wonderful views over the stunning desert landscape to the beautiful azure waters of the Sea of Cortez and to the mountains beyond. The lush green fairways on the par-72, 7000 yard course are woven seamlessly into the natural surroundings of the peninsula. The first of the two 18-hole courses is replete with desert plants, water views and an ever-shifting sand dunes.

Overall, the philosophy at Paraiso del Mar was to create a golf course that would follow the natural contour of the land, one that preserves and enhances the natural characteristics of the site by incorporating the native vegetation and windswept dunes into the framework of the golf holes. The players will find the course strategically challenging, beautiful, and enjoyable, and above all – a memorable golfing experience.

18 Holes green fee $55.50 USD     9 Holes green fee $38.85 USD
