Our condo is located on 1700-acre privately gated El Mogote penninsula, has a beautiful golf course (rated top 5 best new courses by Golf Digest in 2009) and lighted tennis courts. The over 5-mile beach is perfect for long and peaceful walks. Free shuttle service operates on the property. Boats shuttle between the downtown of La Paz and Paraiso del Mar several times an hour from 7 am until 10:30 pm and there is an after hours water taxi for late night partiers.

The Sea of Cortez is home for countless species of marine plants and animals, forming such a unique ecosystem that it was baptized by Jacques Cousteau as “The Aquarium of the World.” You can watch dolphins right from the terrace of our 2 bedroom/ 3 bathroom condo on the 4th floor, facing the Sea of Cortez and a virgin beach. Or for closer encounters with marine life go on a sea kayaking and whale watching, or a fishing trip.
The condo comfortably sleeps 6 people in two master bedrooms with king beds, and a queen sofa-bed in the living room. Each bedroom has a TV and a DVD. In addition to 1500 sq feet of indoor space, there are 430 sq feet of terraces. With travertine floors and showers, granite counters, 10-foot ceilings and ocean and beach views from everywhere, this condo is an ultimate vacation spot.
